Hallowe’en

Tuesday, October 31, students are welcome to wear a costume to school. The costume should allow your child to have a regular and successful learning day at school. Please ensure costumes do not include any of the following: weapons, face coverings or scary make-up.

Parent Focus Group Invitation from Alberta Education

On Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, Alberta Education will host a focus group with the intention of seeking feedback from parents. The focus group will meet from 7 - 8:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Purpose: To collect insight from a parent perspective to update the old “My Child's Learning: A Parent Resource" website into a brand new space that will be hosted on new.LearnAlberta.ca. 

10 – 12 parents will be identified from metro, urban and rural school divisions, representing children of varying grade ranges (K-12) to participate in this focus group. 

Please complete the “expression of interest" survey should you be interested in participating in this focus group. The survey will remain open until Monday, Oct. 23 at 5 p.m.

Popcorn Day, October 25

October 25 is our first popcorn day of the school year. We have had to increase our price for a bag of popcorn from $1 to $2 due to popcorn supply cost increases.
