To verify your child’s demographic and contact information, please go to your parent account at MyCBE/PowerSchool. Log in and go to MyCBE (left margin). Click on the tile that says “SchoolEngage”. Then go to “Notifications”, then “Outstanding Forms.”
There is an additional form available called “Citizenship Information Update” to be used if your child’s citizenship info changes.
For technical assistance, please call the parent account help line at 403-817-6373.

Central Fees (bussing, student supplies and lunch supervision)
When the Central Fees are available to pay, you can pay them through MyCBE. If you have not yet created MyCBE (parent portal account), please log in to the CBE website and register.
School Based Fees (field trips and residencies e.g. Latin Dance Residency)
Field trip and residency fees will be loaded into our fee management system throughout the year. When the field trip or residency fee is available to pay, you will be advised. Just by way of explanation, a residency is when a teacher or instructor (not a staff member) comes to the school and teaches a specific subject (e.g. latin dance) for a set period of time (usually 2 to 3 weeks).

School Council
Thank you to everyone who stopped by and grabbed a coffee at our table on the first day of school. It was wonderful to see some familiar faces and great to meet those new to the school!
School Council is made up of parent volunteers. We fundraise throughout the year. Because of our fundraising efforts, we pay for all field trip transportation. We have also purchased new tech, AV equipment, playground equipment, art and science resources, etc. just to name a few. Watch for information on our first fundraiser coming out this week!
We meet monthly with school administration. Come join us! Our first School Council meeting will be September 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the school.
